Q: How bright is Trimlight?
A: Trimlight creates a beautiful glow, rather than bright lights that are hard on the eyes or light up the entire neighbourhood. The Trimlight app allows you to customize the brightness on your system to suit your specific needs. You can also black out a section of your lighting that you need to keep less bright, for instance, above a child’s window while they sleep.
Q: What colour choices do I have?
A: With Trimlight’s user friendly Edge App you can choose ANY colour and combination, Any time! Follow the Trimlight Community page on Facebook for colour ideas and patterns.
Q. I like a classy and simple look. Does Trimlight have a Warm White option?
A. YES, this one is a favourite and has its own pre-set on the app, labelled WW.
Q: Can I program the lights to flash or move?
A: Yes! Our lights can flash, chase, twinkle, and even dance to music.
Q. Do I have to be at home or at my business to manage my new Trimlight system?
A. No, your new lighting system is programmable from your phone or anywhere you have WIFI service.

Q: Can I schedule the lights to change or turn on/off at a certain time?
A: Yes, our app is very easy to use so your lighting system is programmable from your phone or anywhere you have WIFI service. You can pre-set a schedule for them to go on and off or even set the colours and patterns customized to certain days and times.
Q: What is your warranty?
A: Trimlight has an UNSURPASSED LIFETIME PRODUCT WARRANTY plus we offer a 5 year labour warranty for your peace of mind. If a light should go out, a quick replacement is only a phone call away—no ladder required.
Q. Is Trimlight HOA Approved?
A: Trimlight is HOA-approved! We’ve found that Trimlight is widely accepted once committee leaders can see how the system works and provide approval. Our Lights are hardly noticeable during the day but bright and beautiful at night.
Q. How much does Trimlight cost?
A: Typically, permanent holiday lighting costs range from $22-$36 per linear foot which take into account a variety of factors including location, structure size, accessibility, and more. The Trimlight controller, installation, warranty, and product costs are all rolled into the per-foot price of the total Trimlight System.
Costs not included would be in a circumstance requiring additional travel or special equipment.

Q: Can I buy lighting products from you for my own business without committing to your installation service?
A: Yes, we can provide our patented product for lighting to allow building companies to sell and install themselves. Please note that under these circumstances, we can no longer offer our labour warranty with Trimlight.
